Six-months furnished Tempelhof apartment (Dec/Jan until Jun/Jul)

I am renting my 2- room furnished 40m² apartment in Berlin-Tempelhof (bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, hallway), temporarily for 6 (six) months only for December 2024 until June/July 2025 in a quiet rear building with a green inner courtyard and a bicycle parking space.

incl. double bed 140*200, sofa, home office table and chair, fan, kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, mocha expresso machine), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, a wardrobe, 3 bookshelves, a bar with equipment for cocktail-making,

The rent is 1000 EUR/month + caution deposit of €1,000 [only once].
To enter the apartment in December, the apartment is free to enter on the 15th of December. If that is the case, then the rent is 850 EUR for only the month of December: the other months will have as above.

The apartment incl. heating, internet, electricity & water. The caution deposit must be paid before the sub-rental period begins (signature of contract is mandatory). Anmeldung might be possible.

- good location (6min to U Kaiserin-Augusta Strasse, 20min to S Sudkreuz Bf, 5min to buses 184, 106, 246, 6 min to the Tempelhofer Damm, 6min to Aldi, Rewe, Edeka),

- 5 minutes on foot: beautiful small park with seating

- approx. 5 minutes on foot: Post + DHL, florist, kiosk, tobacco goods, hairdresser, cafés, restaurants (Italian, Thai, Indian). 15min to fitness studio CrunchFit and McFit.

Please note that I keep some personal items in cupboards and shelves so available space is limited (wardrobe will be emptied out for your things). I am happy to agree to make optimal use of the storage space.

FOR APPLICATION:
- Introduction about who you are, whether you have pets , whether you are already in Berlin, whether you smoke, etc.
- Confirmation that the above time period is what you are looking for.
- Confirmation that you understand that this is temporary apartment cannot be extended to full time period.
- Confirmation that you agree that the price to pay the above rent and caution deposit. Caution money will be returned after leaving the apartment as guarantee to keep the apartment intact.
- Include full current address and telephone number.
- Preferably (optional) include payslip, SCHUFA, letter of no previous debts to landpeople (certificate of freedom from rent debt).
