Room
An 18m2 furnished room is available in the flat. The room is equipped with a bed and mattress, a writing table, a bedside table, curtains, a bookshelf, and a cloth closet. The existing equipment costs 75 euros ( negotiable ).

The room has a beautiful view of Harburg and enough balcony space to chill and grow plants.

Two toilets a main toilet is generally used and a Guest toilet is used as store room.

A long corridor where mostly occupied by Mochi's (Our 3-month-old cat) toys.

It has a common kitchen equipped with all the utilities including bowls, plates, cutleries, 4 part Induction top stove, a refrigerator, and a Dishwasher.

Location
The flat is on the 3rd floor. The apartment is so close to TUHH( only a 2-minute walk), and 3 minutes to nearby Sbahn station and bus stop.

The city center can be reached by Sbahn in 20 minutes

UHH - 25 mins
HAW ( Berliner Tor ) - 30 mins

Supermarkets, parks, gym, forest and lake are close by in a walking distance.

The room was occupied by my friend, she is leaving due to a medical emergency. My boyfriend and I are living in the other room. We have a three-month-old cat in the flat. she loves to play around the whole flat.

we are expecting our new roommate who loves pets. Basically, we are looking for a fun and friendly roommate to join our apartment to make it more lively. we love to keep things chill and laid back, with open communication and good vibes all around. Our place is perfect for hanging out, with plenty of space for movie nights and casual get-togethers. we can cook together, and bake together, Travel, game evenings and so on.

At the same time, we respect each other privacy but also enjoy mingling and having a good time. if you're easygoing and love a good balance of socializing and downtime, we'd love to join our crew!

Miscellaneous
The minimum contract period is 1 year, extension is possible. Proof of finance has to be provided ( at least 3 months) to the landlord.
