As a fine arts graduate, artist, and private art teacher, I specialise in painting workshops tailored for companies. The now well-established concept behind my workshops is to help you and your employees step out of your daily professional routine. Together, we immerse ourselves in a creative environment, allowing your employees to discover new insights through an unfamiliar challenge.

My workshops are suitable for companies across all industries. Past clients have ranged from management consultancies to the leadership team of a tennis club – showcasing the full spectrum. The workshops take place at the ‘Art Space’ studio, located in a charming Wilhelminian-era building in Berlin-Charlottenburg, right off the famous Kurfürstendamm on Dahlmannstraße.

Alongside the studio, we also have access to a beautiful and expansive French-style garden, which becomes the main setting for many sessions during the warmer months.

I deliberately offer a calming and judgment-free environment. This allows your team to relax and engage with the creative process in a meaningful way. Each participant is encouraged to freely explore their own creativity. Through painting, new perspectives and qualities emerge.

In this setting, traditional workplace roles are naturally redefined based on the unique creative potential of each individual. This helps participants better understand themselves, their abilities, and their needs. Moreover, my workshops actively strengthen group dynamics and empathy within the team.

All of this unfolds in a creative, yet structured and professionally guided environment. That being said,we are fully specialised in working with companies. I provide all necessary materials and adapt the workshop to suit your specific needs.

For more advanced participants, I regularly guide the creation of a collective artwork composed of numerous individual pieces – assembled like a puzzle to form one large final piece. We also frequently visualise company principles through the paintings created during the course. There are truly no limits to creativity, and we offer tailor-made solutions for all levels and objectives.

Naturally, we also offer catering packages. These can range from simple refreshments and soft drinks or coffee and cake, to full meals – including our highly popular ‘Aperitivi’ with drinks in the garden. You tell us your wishes, and we handle the organisation through our established network of partners.

Pricing is determined by the number of participants (and thus the required number of instructors), the materials used, course duration, and your catering preferences.
